(RFP)

The property is owned and operated by the Jamyang Buddhist Centre – a charitable organisation focused on supporting the academic and spiritual teachings of Tibetan Buddhism.

The centre is undergoing radical transformation and the café is being offered for tender, to secure the most appropriate professional operator.

The Jamyang organisation occupies the majority of the building operating peaceful teachings and public events. The café is a stand-alone, supported by and working in harmony with the centre’s values and existing footfall.

There exists solid future revenue from the existing centre operations, staff, volunteers, members, cafe visitors and calendar of events, based on historical takings.

The venue has a growing 'venue hire' business often requiring catering and the garden draws the local community in summer months.

The successful café tender will enjoy strong historically evident revenues and substantial support from the landlord, but should demonstrate capturing new business and grow the profile of the location.
